Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

General Return Policy:

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
  • Refunds will be processed in the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exclusions: Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for eBooks that have been downloaded, accessed, or used in any way.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
