Hey my dudes!

My name is Cecilia and I’m a recipe developer and content creator. I have worked for restaurants and bakeries in the San Francisco Bay Area and in Stockholm, Sweden for over 10 years, most notably as Sweden’s first 3-Michelin-star pastry chef. While I loved working in the industry I realized it wasn’t sustainable for me. I switched gears and here I am!

Pastry has been a huge part of my identity since I was a kid. I spent many happy hours with my farmor (Swedish for paternal grandmother) baking and learning about Swedish culture.

I was born and raised in Southern California but when I was 22 I moved to Stockholm. It was love from day one; the language, the people, the culture, and most importantly, the food!

Moving to a new country is hard and I was alone. But I know that the best way to make friends is to feed people and welcome them to your home so I began baking and hosting parties! Over the years I’ve acquired a lot of pastry skills and party hosting tips and tricks. Now I want to use everything I’ve learned to help you connect with friends and build your community.
