Ischoklad: Ice Chocolates

These little chocolates whip up real quick and require only two ingredients so they would be perfect to make with kids or as an easy DIY gift.

Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g coconut oil
  • small foil cups

Instructions

  • Place the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl.
  • Bring a small pot of water to a simmer, then place the bowl of chocolate over it to melt. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave.
  • Place the foil cups on a flat plate or tray.
  • Once the chocolate and coconut oil are melted and mixed together, pour them into a creamer or measuring jug for easier pouring.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into small foil candy cups.
  • Place the cups in the fridge to harden for a few hours or overnight.
  • Serve cold from the fridge. Enjoy!
